2021

• Введено в эксплуатацию предприятие по разработке и производству полиольных систем Mitsui Chemicals & SKC Polyurethanes Inc площадью 5000 м², расположенное в Санкт-Петербурге.

2020

• Start of work in the northwestern region in St. Petersburg. Novoorlovskaya Special Economic Zone
• Start of construction of the MCNS plant in April 2020

2019

• Construction and reconstruction of the M-7 Volga highway from Moscow through Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan to Ufa. Construction of a road junction at km 27, a set of works for the construction of a storm sewer network.
• Start of engineering works on the reconstruction of the Doshirak plant in Ryazan region.

2018

• Construction of building D of the LG Electronics Rus plant on the territory existing production of consumer electronics and household appliances in the Moscow region.
• The development in a new region – the Smolensk region, the city of Safonovo. Construction of the first stage of the Russian Linen complex for the agro-industrial holding Promagro.

2017

• Expansion of the Henkel Beauty&Care plant. A set of works for the design and construction of a new production and warehouse building, 7000 m².
• Construction of a COEXPAN plant (a division of the Lantero group, Spain) for the production of tape from polymeric materials in the Kaluga region.

2016

• At the beginning of 2016, an agreement was signed for the development of technological solutions for the overhaul of the polyclinic of the Artek children’s camp in the Republic of Crimea.
• In June 2016, the certification procedure for compliance with the requirements of the management system GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015), GOST R ISO 14001-2015 (ISO 14001:2015), GOST R 54934-2012 / OHSAS 18001:2007.

2015

• A cooperation agreement has been signed with FIRME MEBE CJSC, one of the largest construction companies in Russia.
• 2 contracts for the construction of state facilities (Slavyanka Hotel, Nara production and logistics complex) were signed.
• At the end of 2015, the company entered into a contract for the implementation of turnkey works in the Korean House Golf Plaza golf club.

2014

• Continuation of work with the global company LG during the construction of the 3rd stage of the plant in the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region.
• In early 2014, an agreement was signed with Samsung C&T Corporation, part of the Samsung group of companies and one of the largest construction companies in the world. Within the framework of the concluded agreement, work was carried out on the construction of unique treatment facilities in the Kaluga region, which allow the treatment of heavy metals from wastewater.
• Modernization of the production facilities of the Samsung plant in Kaluga region.

2013

• Participation in the construction of the new Sukhodolsk plant of special heavy mechanical engineering” commissioned by NPO “Tyazhpromarmatura” CJSC. The design capacity of the enterprise is 40 thousand tons per year, designed for the manufacture of forgings and stampings with a mass of 600 to 7,000 kg from round billets and sheet metal.
• A new contract has been signed with Samsung. As a result of our work, Samsung has been able to increase production capacity and optimize production processes.
• In the middle of 2013, for the first time, our company performed work on the “Reconstruction of the existing line VL-35 Ferzikovo-Bogdanino SS Bogdanino” for the Lafarge Cement plant.
• The company team celebrated its anniversary – 5 years since the founding of Uni-N Construction LLC, as well as 15 years since the start of the work of FGC UNINVEST GROUP, on the basis of which the development of Uni-N Construction LLC began.

2012

• The first contract was signed outside the Central District of Russia. Customer – LLC “Cotton Way South” (Southern District, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi). Functions of a technical customer and general designer.
• Uni-N Construction LLC continues to actively cooperate with its long-term partners: Samsung, KT&G. Contracts for the design and construction of new buildings and facilities at existing plants in the Kaluga region.
• The first contract was signed with the French engineering company SNEF for the design and construction of a 220/20/6.6 kV outdoor switchgear at the Lafarge-Cement plant under construction in the Kaluga region.
• Start of cooperation with NESTLE in Kaluga region.

2011

• Uni-N Construction LLC completed a set of works for the first time in the North Tower of the Moscow-City complex on an area of ​​6,000 m². The customer of the work was Hyundai Motor CIS company.
• LG attracted Uni-N Construction LLC to participate in the construction of the 2nd stage of the plant in the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region.
• Moskommertsbank attracted Uni-N Construction LLC to carry out a range of works in two new bank branches in Moscow, as well as its main office in the Northstar Tower business center.

2010

• Foundation of the Uni-N Region company, specializing in work in the regions.
• The signing of the first contract for general design. The object is a production and warehouse complex of PO Metalist LLC (Industrial Park Vorsino, Kaluga Region).
• At the same time, an agreement was signed with PO Metallist LLC for the execution of a general contract for the construction of a planned production and warehouse complex.

2009

• A consortium has been created for the joint implementation of large projects in the field of design and construction of industrial buildings and structures. The consortium included UNI-N Construction LLC (the leader of the consortium), FSK UNIVEST GROUP LLC and the St. Petersburg company Pulkovo Industrial Construction Corporation LLC with 70 years of experience in the construction industry.
• The first project under the consortium was concluded with the South Korean tobacco company KT&G for the construction of tobacco factories in the Kaluga region, the first for the company in Russia.
• Passing the certification procedure for managing the management system GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008), GOST R 12.0.006-2002 (OHSAS 18001).

2008

• Start of work in the industrial park “Vorsino” in the Kaluga region. The first contract was signed with Samsung.
• At the end of 2008, a decision was made to found a new company in the group – Uni-N Construction, specializing in the construction of industrial facilities, design, interior and office finishing works, project management, engineering and consulting.
• In turn, FGC UNINVEST GROUP began to specialize in class A interior design and fitting-out facilities.

2007

• A contract was signed with KOYA (Korea) for the construction of a plant in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region.

2006

• The first project with a foreign customer is LG Electronics Rus in the Moscow region, Ruzsky district, Dorohovo. The successful implementation of this project allowed us to become a partner of LG Electronics Rus for many years and further cooperate repeatedly in the framework of various construction projects.

2004

• A decision was made to expand the company, the name was changed to “Financial and construction company UNINVEST GROUP”.

2003

• For the first time, FGC UNINVEST acted as a general contractor and successfully completed all the tasks set by the customer.

2001

• In 2001, a decision was made to expand the scope of the company.
• The first contract for construction and installation work has been concluded.
• The name of the company has been changed to “Financial Construction Company UNINVEST”.

1998

• The history of Uni-N Construction LLC begins in 1998, namely, from the moment the Investment and Financial Company UNINVEST was founded, the main activity of which was investment activity.
