Uni-N Construction signed a contract with a major Korean company GS Construction.
The construction of the production and warehouse premises of the LG plant (building D) will begin in the near future.
The new production and warehouse building will be designed for the reception, intermediate storage, acquisition of raw materials and components for consumer electronics, as well as for the storage of finished products of the plant. The total area of the building will be 25.67 thousand square meters.
Loading and unloading areas and parking for cars will be arranged on the adjacent territory. Developer: LG Electronics RUS LLC.
The object will be located on the territory of the existing enterprise at the 86th kilometer of the Minsk highway in the Ruza city district.
